How do I add my first medication?

Open the Healthzee app and tap the + button on the Meds tab. Enter your medication name, dosage, and schedule. Reminders will start automatically.

Does Healthzee work on Android and iPhone?

Healthzee is currently available on Android. An iOS version is in development — join the waitlist in the app to be notified.

Is Healthzee free to use?

Yes. Healthzee is free to download and use. A Premium tier with advanced features is available — see our Premium page for details.

How do I change a reminder time?

Go to the Meds tab, tap the medication, then tap "Edit". You can adjust the reminder schedule from there.

What happens if I miss a dose?

Healthzee logs the missed dose in your adherence history. You can also enable missed-dose alerts for your Care Circle so they stay informed.

Can I track medications for someone else?

Yes. You can create a Managed Profile for a child, elderly parent, or dependent you care for directly. See our Care for Others page for how this works.

How do I invite someone to my Care Circle?

Go to the Care tab and tap "Invite". Enter their name and email address. They'll receive an invitation to connect.

What can my Care Circle see?

You control what your Care Circle members can see. You can share your full adherence, just missed doses, or nothing at all. Your caregiver cannot see anything you haven't explicitly shared.

Does paying for someone's Premium let me see their health data?

No. Premium Sponsorship and health data access are completely separate. Paying for someone's Premium gives them better features — you receive no health information.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

Who can see my health data?

Only you can see your health data by default. You choose what to share with your Care Circle. Healthzee does not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How is my data protected?

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use role-based access control and maintain audit logs. See our Trust & Privacy page for full details.
