How we work: data and AI that show their work
We use data to reduce friction, not to profile people. Cloudain's HealthCloud captures operational signals (calls handled, bookings, peak hours, language access) in privacy-aware ways, while AgenticCloud orchestrates the steps you'd otherwise do by hand: provision numbers, send reminders, and escalate safely.
When standards exist we integrate through FHIR/HL7; when they do not, we use calendar fallbacks that still respect rules and leave a clean audit trail. Machine learning and predictive analytics help us recommend better reminder timing, fill cancellations with waitlists, and identify operational bottlenecks--with human review and clear controls.
