What it is:
We are designing a patient-experience platform that helps care teams and patients see the journey more clearly — from pre-visit to follow-up — and reduce avoidable friction along the way.
What we're exploring now:
- •Journey milestones (pre-visit → visit → discharge → follow-up)
- •Simple experience signals that highlight where patients get stuck
- •Views that help care professionals prioritize timely outreach
- •Early frameworks for measuring care clarity and follow-through
Why it matters:
When care feels scattered or unclear, patients can lose confidence or miss the next step. A better journey view can support smoother, safer care.
Reminders & Appointment Coordination
What it is:
We are building lightweight reminder and coordination workflows to reduce missed appointments, improve follow-ups, and make next steps easier to understand — without adding burden to care teams.
What we're exploring now:
- •Non-PHI reminders across familiar channels (voice/SMS/email)
- •Clear next step nudges after discharge or referrals
- •Appointment coordination patterns for families managing multiple visits
- •Timing strategies that are supportive, not noisy
